What do you find valuable? Popularity of museum objects tells that people value a good story. Luckily, museums are story makers and can reposition any past innovation into an engaging experience. The challenge is creating sustainable repositories that enable a cohesive identifiable identity that consumers can access and trust.
In this presentation I will share many years of research experience and present the elements at the core of consumer valuation relevant to any firm. The case of the museum will serve as example, applicable to many disciplines and sectors, as every firm has a story and a past to share.
