Currently at TomTom she is connecting the digital dots and formulating a global long-term digital vision and strategy and helps accelerate the changes that will be necessary to offer a world-class digital experience to TomTom's customers. 
Prior Lot was CMO and member of the board at , first private sales site in the Benelux, online private sales of fashion and lifestyle brands, market leader in the Benelux with 3 million online members. E-commerce.
Previously at LinkedIn, Keijzer was heading up and building the Marketing Solutions business in the Benelux. Using the data to help advertise via the LinkedIn platform; sales, marketing and building long term relations with brands/advertisers and the team. In 2009 Lot started and headed up 'twist', a digital marketing agency; a spin off of Kobalt. Focused on consulting, education and research in digital marketing, consulting multiple clients on the optimum mix in online display, crm, sem, affiliate, performance, mobile and other digital media. In order to help change the industry towards more digital, data based, innovative strategic thinking, Lot thoroughly enjoys being a board member of the IAB, participating in juries as this offers a change to see and help the best new talents, new ventures or best marketing and advertising campaigns.
